The issues/barriers I deal with range from people wanting guidance in career prospects to everyday situations that may arise giving the person a feeling of depression, stress and self-loathing. I like to be easily approachable when having a session and encourage the person to be honest about what’s on their mind and to further challenge themselves in making the changing that all of us must make to make our lives more fulfilled. There is no structure to the session as such but more for me to understand why you are stressed as an example and what methods you could use to overcome that stress.
